Product Returns: Terms and Guidelines
Store Credit: Items returned in new, unused condition will be eligible for store credit.
Pre-Orders: Cancellations for pre-ordered products must be made within 7 days of purchase to qualify for a refund to the original payment method. All other products will receive store credit only.
Return Requests: Please submit return requests within 30 days of delivery through the Exchanges and returns page.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 5 days of delivery. Include images of the damage and the SKU from the polybag. Once approved, we will replace the item in the same size and color. Damage reported after the 5-day window or without required images may not be eligible for replacement.
Return Guidelines:
All returned items must be free from wear, stains, or signs of excessive use.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total store credit once we receive your items.
Ensure returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
